1. Pre Job Inspection:
♦ Inspect the chassis: Check engine oil, coolant, tires, braking system and air conditioner; start the Weichai 400HP engine and idle to rule out abnormal noise or fluid leaks.
♦ Check the aluminum alloy fuel tank & fittings: Confirm the 20,000L tank, manholes, breathing valves, top guardrail and roller shutter cabinet are intact; drain water and sediment from the tank bottom.
♦ Test core refueling devices: Verify the self-priming centrifugal pump, filter separator, DeadMan safety control system, refueling reel and two types of nozzles work normally.
♦ Prepare safety supplies: Static grounding cable, fire cones and fire extinguishers must be complete and valid.
2. Safe Docking at Apron:
♦ Drive slowly to the windward side of the aircraft, pull the handbrake, shift to neutral and secure tires with wheel chocks.
♦ Connect the static grounding cable between the truck and aircraft bare metal to eliminate static electricity.
♦ Place warning cones around the operation zone; prohibit open flames, smoking and charging devices within 15 meters.
3. Aircraft Refueling Operation (Overwing / Underwing):
♦ Communicate with ground crew to confirm fuel type and target refueling volume.
♦ Pull out the 20m DN38 refueling hose, connect the matched overwing (2500L/min) or underwing (1200L/min) nozzle tightly to the aircraft fuel port.
♦ Hold the control handle to activate the pump, start low-flow fuel delivery then adjust to standard flow; monitor flow meters and fuel quantity in real time.
♦ Once the target volume is reached, release the DeadMan handle to automatically stop pumping, release pipeline pressure and disconnect the nozzle.

4. Post-Refueling Site & Equipment Recovery:
♦ Retract the refueling hose, wipe residual fuel off fittings, store all equipment and lock the roller shutter cabinet.
♦ Remove wheel chocks, static cable and warning cones; clean spilled fuel with oil absorbent materials.
♦ Run the pump briefly in reverse to clear pipeline residue, close all tank valves and manholes.
♦ Let the engine idle for 2 minutes to cool down before shutting it off, then complete the refueling log.
